From Norwich follow A47 (Norwich East/Gt Yarmouth). After 8 miles or so there is section (about a mile) of single carriageway/50mph speed limit, and then road becomes dual carriageway again.
Take the next left, signposted South Walsham/Fairhaven Water Gardens. Follow the road for about a mile and take the right turn (again signposted South Walsham/Fairhaven Water Gardens) to the T Junction (Kings Arms Pub and Chinese Restaurant on the left).
Turn right into The Street, South Walsham. Take the left turn after The Ship PH, and left again after the telephone box and bus shelter into Broad Lane. Leeward is on the left, and there is a half-moon parking layby in front of the bungalow.
