South Walsham is a pretty Broadland village, located mid-way between the mediaeval city of Norwich and the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth.

It is an ideal base for exploring the picturesque Norfolk Broads area.   Bird watching and fishing are available in the village, and day boat hire and holiday shops can be found in nearby Wroxham, Acle, Horning and Potter Heigham

Smoking is not allowed indoors but guests may smoke in the garden.
